LED programming box for selected Hobbywing series controllers for cars, planes and boats is used for easy and quick programming of controllers - at home "on the table" as well as at the airport. The controller is connected using a servo cable, the socket is located on the top of the box. The box is powered from the Hobbywing controller's BEC power stabilizer or from a regular 4-5 cell NiCd/NiMH or 2S LiPo/LiFe receiver battery connected to the box (in the case of the OPTO controller). Programming is done with the motor and drive battery connected (also in the case of OPTO controllers).:

Hobbywing flight controllers can be programmed in a model with a mounted propeller - for safety reasons, however, we still recommend removing the propeller during programming - this will prevent a possible accident due to some omission or operator error. Similarly, program the controllers in cars and boats safely placed on a stand with the wheels or propeller in the air or with the pinion or ship shaft clutch removed.

Four buttons on the front panel of the box are used for programming. With their help, you select the program functions ("ITEM") for adjustment and set their value (VALUE. The "OK" button confirms the change made and sends it to the controller, the "RESET" button is used to delete all settings and return all values ​​to the factory default settings. The program function number is displayed on the left on the two-digit LED display ("ITEM"), the function value is displayed on the single-digit LED display on the right ("VALUE").

The method of connecting the controller to the LED programming box depends on the type of controller - it differs depending on whether it is a controller with a BEC power stabilizer or an OPTO controller, whether the controller has a special programming cable or socket, etc. When connecting, follow the instructions supplied with the box and your controller exactly according to the instructions supplied with the box and your controller.
